All purchases are processed by our payment partner Creem. JingMark never stores your card details.
- Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
- For a refund or to manage your order, use the Creem customer portal link sent to your email after purchase, or simply email us and we'll help.
- Refunds follow Creem's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Common questions
- Where are my files? JingMark reads and writes only folders you explicitly authorize via the File System Access API. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
- How do I activate Pro? Click “Upgrade to Pro” in the extension, sign in with your email, and complete the Creem checkout. Your status syncs automatically across devices.
- Which browsers are supported? Any Chromium-based browser with File System Access API support (Chrome 86+, Edge). Firefox support is coming soon.
- Forgotten password? Use the reset link on the login page.
